• Strata-Heat Pump Standards – these are the Strata’s approved standards for installation of heat pumps approved in Oct 2021.
• Strata-HeatPumpChecklist-Feb 19/22 – this is a checklist homeowners can use to guide the heat pump installation process to ensure standards are followed.
• 2020 Master Bylaws these are the Master Bylaws that govern the operation and management of our strata. They were amended at the March, 2019 AGM.
• Strata-Approved-Sample-Alteration-Standards-June 2020 – this document contains the standards to be used by owners who wish to add improvements to their units, in those areas governed by the strata council.
• Strata Master Alterations Agreement Form – 2018 – this document is to be signed and returned to Brown Bros., by owners who wish to do any improvements that alter or breach the exterior walls and roof of your unit. If in doubt ask Malley at Brown Bros.
• Inter-Strata Storm Drain and Sewer Maintenance Agreement – a joint cost- sharing agreement with our neighboring strata at 108 Aldersmith.
• Aldersmith Woods Contractors – this is a master listing of all the original suppliers and contractors who worked on the initial construction of Aldersmith Woods.
